THE DAISY CHAIN SET GIVEAWAY – TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Promoter: Monica & Me Ltd.
2. Eligibility: Open to residents of the United Kingdom and the United States (50 states and DC) aged 18 or over. Employees of the Promoter and their families are not eligible. No purchase necessary. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited.
3. How to enter: Between 22nd October 2026 and 11:59pm GMT on Thursday 29 October 2026, follow @itsmonicaandme on Instagram and comment on the giveaway post with the name or initials you'd like stitched. One entry per person.
4. Bonus entries (optional): One bonus entry per comment tagging a friend in a separate comment on the giveaway post, and one bonus entry for signing up through the giveaway form at the link on our Instagram profile. No maximum entries per friend tag.
5. Email sign-up: Only entrants who choose the email bonus entry will be added to Monica & Me marketing emails and/or text messages. You can unsubscribe at any time. Personal data will be used to run the giveaway and, where you opt in, to send marketing emails, in line with our privacy policy.
6. Prize: One Daisy Chain Set (5 bibs), with the Pink Stripe, Blue Stripe and White Broderie bibs embroidered with a name or initials of the winner's choice. Approximate value £125 / $215+ USD. Free delivery to the winner's address in the UK or USA. No cash alternative. The prize is not transferable.
7. Winner selection: One winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries after the closing date and announced on Instagram on Friday 30 October 2026. The winner will be contacted by direct message from @itsmonicaandme only. We will never ask for payment or bank details.
8. Claiming the prize: The winner must reply within 7 days with their delivery address and embroidery choice. If they don't, a new winner will be drawn.
9. The Promoter may cancel or amend this giveaway if circumstances outside its control require it. Entries that are offensive, automated or break these terms will be disqualified. Profiles tagged must be real to qualify.
10. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta. By entering, entrants release Instagram and Meta from any liability.
11. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
