Sizing & Fit
What age range do your bibs fit?
Our bibs are designed to fit babies up to 24–36 months, though this varies a little by baby's size. They measure approximately 29cm around the neck.
What makes a scalloped-edge bib different from a regular bib?
It's not just the look. The scalloped shape lets the bib sit flat across the chest and shoulders instead of bunching up, and adds a little extra length so smaller babies get more coverage across the shoulders and lower chest.
Safety & Fastening
Are the poppers/snap fasteners safe for my baby?
Yes — popper fastening is the safest, most convenient option we offer, and we avoid loose ties or Velcro that can rub or irritate. If a popper ever feels loose, faulty, or not quite right, please contact our team straight away.
Personalisation
Can I have a bib personalised?
Yes — we personalise bibs by embroidering a name, initials, or your chosen text, up to 12–13 characters, in a wide range of thread colours.
How quickly will my order ship?
We aim to ship as soon as possible, often the same day. Dispatch may take a little longer during particularly busy or peak periods, and we'll always add a note on the website if that's the case at the time of ordering.
Fabric & Care
What fabric are your bibs made from?
The front layer is genuine Liberty of London Tana Lawn or premium cotton, chosen for how soft, silky and durable it is through repeated washing. The backing is soft terry towelling for effective absorbency.
How do I wash and care for my bib?
Our bibs are machine washable — just follow the care instructions on the label to keep the print and fabric looking its best.

Do bibs come gift-wrapped or boxed?
Some of our sets include an optional luxury keepsake gift box as an add-on, perfect for gifting.
Do you offer gift cards?

Shipping
Do you ship internationally, and how long does delivery take?
Yes, via a tracked service. Parcels usually take around 7 days to arrive, with slightly longer during busier or peak periods.
Is there a cut-off date for guaranteed delivery before Christmas or a birthday?
We publish clear Christmas ordering cut-off dates on the website each year. We'd recommend ordering with plenty of time for processing and delivery, especially around a specific date.
