Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at info@itsmonicaandme.com. If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. You will be responsible for any loss in value if an item isn't returned in its original condition.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. We also cannot accept returns or exchanges on personalised or monogrammed items.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union — Right of Withdrawal If your order is being delivered to a European Union country, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, for any reason and without justification.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at info@itsmonicaandme.com before the 14-day period expires. You can also submit a return or cancellation request directly from your order confirmation page.

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund you the full price of the goods plus the original standard delivery costs. We will not refund any additional costs if you chose a delivery method more expensive than our standard option. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.

We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Personalised or monogrammed items are exempt from the right of withdrawal as they are made to your specification.

Refunds We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at info@itsmonicaandme.com.

Returned Parcels If a parcel is returned to us because it was unclaimed, not collected within the postal company's holding period, or addressed incorrectly, we will contact you via the email address used when placing the order.

In such cases, we can either:

  • Resend the parcel (a redelivery charge will apply), or
  • Issue a refund for the goods in line with this policy. Please note: original postage costs will not be refunded in this instance.

If we do not hear back from you within 30 calendar days of our email, we will no longer hold the returned parcel and the order will be considered forfeited.
