We aim to ensure your order arrives safely, beautifully packaged, and in a timely manner. Please take a moment to read our shipping policy before placing your order.

Order Processing

Processing times for in-stock orders may vary (excluding weekends and UK public holidays).

Orders placed during busy periods, promotions, or product launches may take slightly longer to process. We always do our best to keep delays to a minimum.

Please note: pre-order items follow a separate dispatch timeline, which is clearly stated on the product page and outlined in our Pre-Order Shipping Policy in this page. 

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched, not from the date of purchase.

United Kingdom

  • Standard Shipping: 1-5 working days

International Orders

  • International Tracked & Signed (where available): 5–7 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, courier delays, or local delivery services.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen shipping method.

Any applicable duties, customs fees, or local taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.

Orders Containing Multiple Items

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, your order will be shipped once all items are ready.

To receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

UK Orders are ordinarily shipped without a tracking number. 

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs charges imposed by your local authorities. These charges are not controlled by us and must be paid by the recipient.

We are unable to mark orders as gifts or declare a lower value.

USA customers: Orders are shipped with customs charges and delivery duties paid.

Delivery Issues

Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, additional shipping fees may apply to resend your order. If your order is not claimed within 30 days from the day we contact you regarding reshipping, your order will be responsibly disposed of or donated.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel appears to be delayed or missing, please contact us at info@itsmonicaandme.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate with the courier and keep you informed throughout the process.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photographs of the packaging and item, so we can assist you promptly.

During launches, limited editions, or seasonal peaks, dispatch times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and promise every order is packed with the same care and attention, regardless of timing.


Pre-Order Shipping Policy

Some of our pieces are offered on a pre-order basis, meaning they are carefully made or prepared especially for you before being dispatched.

What does pre-order mean?

When you place a pre-order, you are reserving an item that is not yet ready to ship. This allows us to produce in small, thoughtful batches and maintain the level of quality we’re known for.

Pre-Order Dispatch Timeframes

Pre-order items will be dispatched within 4 weeks from the date your order is placed, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

If a more specific dispatch window is available, this will always be clearly noted on the individual product listing.

Orders Containing Pre-Order & In-Stock Items

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will be shipped together once the pre-order item is ready.

If you would prefer in-stock items to be shipped sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.

Delivery Times

Once your pre-order item has been dispatched, standard delivery times apply based on your chosen shipping method and destination. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

Changes & Cancellations

Because pre-order items are produced especially for you, orders cannot be cancelled or amended once the pre-order window has closed.
